Account
Update your Full Name and Company Name. These are used on interview invite pages and job listings.
Your email address is read-only here — contact support to change it.
Click Save Changes to apply.
Plan
Shows your current plan and subscription status.

Guest accounts display a subtle Interview Edge watermark on all candidate-facing interview pages. Upgrading to Pro removes it.
Trial accounts show the number of days remaining in the header banner. Clicking the trial badge takes you directly to the upgrade screen. When your trial expires you must upgrade to continue creating new jobs or inviting candidates.
Upgrading to Professional
- Open Settings → scroll to the Plan section
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- You're redirected to Stripe Checkout — enter your payment details
- Once payment is confirmed your plan updates to Professional automatically (usually within a few seconds)
The plan is billed at $49/month. Stripe handles all payment processing — your card details are never stored by Interview Edge.
Managing your billing
Professional subscribers see a Manage Billing button that opens the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
Cancelling your subscription downgrades your account to Trial status at the end of the current billing period.
