Trait radar chart

A spider chart visualises the candidate's performance across five dimensions:

TraitWhat it measures
CommunicationClarity, structure, and coherence of answers
Problem SolvingLogical approach, creativity, and reasoning
Tech DepthAccuracy and depth of technical knowledge
ClarityConciseness and directness of responses
ExperienceEvidence of real-world application and examples

Each axis is scored 0–10. The filled polygon represents the candidate's profile.

note

If analysis has not yet run, the chart shows a dashed empty polygon with "Awaiting analysis".

Summary & verdict

Below the radar chart, the AI produces:

  • Verdict badgeHire (green), Maybe (amber), or No Hire (red)
  • Interview summary — a one-paragraph overview of how the candidate performed
  • Verdict reason — a one-sentence justification for the hire/no-hire decision

Questions & Answers

Click ▾ See Questions & Answers to expand the full Q&A transcript. Each card shows:

  1. Question header — the question text with its number
  2. Answer — the candidate's verbatim response
  3. AI Observation — specific feedback on that answer, including areas for improvement where applicable

AI analysis timing

For completed interviews, AI analysis runs automatically when you open the detail page (if it has not run before). This takes 5–15 seconds. The radar chart, scores, and summary appear once analysis finishes and saves.

To re-run analysis (e.g. after editing the job description), there is currently no one-click option — delete and re-invite the candidate, or contact support.

On the Interviews list page you can filter by:

  • Job — show only sessions for a specific role
  • Status — filter by invited, in_progress, or completed

Deleting an interview

Open the interview detail page and click Delete Session. This permanently removes the session and all associated answers and evaluations.
