The dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your hiring pipeline.
Stats cards
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Jobs | Jobs currently accepting candidates |
| Total Interviews | All sessions created across all jobs |
| Completed | Interviews submitted by candidates |
| Avg Score | Mean overall score across all evaluated interviews |
Recent jobs
The bottom section lists your most recently created jobs with quick links to view or invite candidates directly.
Navigation
Use the left sidebar to move between sections:
- Dashboard — overview
- Jobs — create and manage job listings
- Interviews — review all candidate sessions
- New Job — shortcut to create a job
- Invite Candidate — send an invite for any active job
